The Total Evacuation
We empty the entire garage contents onto the driveway. This is essential for a true reset. It forces a decision on every single item and allows us to see the actual dimensions of your space without the clutter. Our job is to help clean, organize, and reset the space. We provide the muscle to bag trash and move it to the curb.
The Deep Clear
With the footprint empty, we perform a deep sweep to remove years of dust, debris, and spiderwebs. We clear the slate so that everything moving back in feels like it's entering a clean, cared-for environment. We focus on the high-impact surfaces that usually stay hidden under clutter.
Strategic Reload
Items are moved back into the garage based on frequency of use and logical zones. We move heavy items to optimal locations and ensure that your most important gear is accessible. We can help place items in bins if you have them, helping you maximize every inch of floor space.
Disposal Coordination
During the evacuation, we help you identify items for disposal or donation. While we handle all the labor of sorting, staging, and bagging trash to the curb, the physical hauling of debris is coordinated through our vetted third-party logistics partners.
Large items like refrigerators, sofas, or heavy machinery will be safely staged in the garage or a designated area until the 3rd party hauler arrives for removal.
Important Logistics Note
The physical removal and disposal of items by third-party haulers incurs an additional fee separate from the Reset Package. We also assist in placing items into customer-provided bins; however, the cost of bins is not included in the service fee.
